Ownership and management of Hotel Resort & Spa located in Europe. For each property managed, a management contract is stipulated between the individual operating companies and the management company for the use of the brand and the management services provided.

BRAND MANAGEMENT

The Brand intends to identify on the market opportunities to manage structures owned by third party investors on the basis of management contracts, which provide for remuneration through fees during the design and construction phase and during the management phase.

SERVICES INTEGRATED

The Brand invests in the development and marketing of residences with integrated hotel services. The owners of the residences can use the services of the structure while, during periods of absence, they can make their residence available to the Resort and receive a share of the proceeds.

STRATEGY OF EXPANSION
