BUSINESS DEVELOPER AND DIRECTOR OF HOTELS OPENINGS Les Arts Hotels and Resorts
Within Les Arts we believe that people, through their talent and training, determine the company's success. With this in mind, we are looking for a Business Developer & Director of Hotels Openings to join our team. The figure will have to deal with the development and management of the hotels linked to the soon-to-open Les Arts Hotel & Resorts chain, of which the Grand Hotel Locarno in Muralto will be the first example.
Main tasks
The Business Developer and Director of Hotels Openings of Les Arts Hotels & Resorts will:
Lead the development strategy of Les Arts Hotels & Resorts, organization of the corporate structure, recruitment of internal staff of the hotels;
Work closely with internal teams and group managers to ensure the best positioning of the project and the hotel and tourism business of the Grand Hotel Locarno and the subsequent projects that Les Arts will develop at a Swiss and European level;
Lead and manage relationships with operations, internal and external stakeholders;
Monitor the progress of the Grand Hotel Locarno project, supervise the finance and take care of the commissioning and profitability within the agreed terms;
Manage profit and loss and other commercial performance metrics for new businesses, including defining growth strategy and business roadmap through its incubation and initial growth phase;
Manage and predict risks to avoid delivery delays or reputational damage;
Deliberate strategies through leadership and direction to project managers for those strategies to be implemented;
Manage the meetings and meetings with the various stakeholders and project managers to report on the progress of the project.

Strong analytical and organizational skills and a high level of attention and attention to detail; Tendency towards problem solving, speed of action and project management;
Fluent knowledge of Italian and English (knowledge of German and French are to be considered preferential);
At least 5 years' experience in a similar role in the high standard hotel industry;
Possession of a degree or other specific training in economics or complementary in the field of tourism/hotel management.
